Custom-made or retro?
If you want your tent CUSTOM-MADE, please send an email with your ideas/design to anna@tentiamo.com to get a cost estimate.
If you‘ve chosen one of our RETRO tents, please email us the following information to anna@tentiamo.com:
- tent type and size
- type of pegs
- extras, e.g. floor panels, canvas bag, divided poles
- billing and delivery address
- telephone number
Please note that we make all tents to order and, therefore, require a period of c. 1.5 month for their completion.
Payment, shipping and delivery:
We require a 50% deposit per bank transfer. On receipt of order, we email you the invoice for the deposit and our bank information. As soon as the deposit has been booked on our account, we confirm your order and set the completion date. We send you the final invoice approximately a week before completion. We ship your tent within 3 work days after receiving the outstanding payment. Once the order is dispatched, you will get an email with the tracking number for your consignment. The exact time of delivery varies depending on the delivery company used.
Shipping cost
Please inquire. We calculate the shipping cost individually for each order, aiming to find the most praiseworthy solution. For tents from our RETRO offer, it is about 70-80 EUR for shipping within the EU.
